Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of https://tpcloadout.com (the “Website”) and all purchases made through the Website.

The Website is operated by:

“SHOOTING 360” LTD
Registered in the Republic of Bulgaria
Company Registration / UIC Number: 115819024
VAT Number: BG115819024
Website: https://tpcloadout.com

Throughout these Terms, “TPC Loadout”, “SHOOTING 360”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “SHOOTING 360” LTD.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

1. SCOPE

These Terms apply to:

  • access to and use of tpcloadout.com;

  • purchases made through the Website;

  • delivery of products purchased from us;

  • payments;

  • returns and refunds;

  • consumer withdrawal rights;

  • warranty and conformity claims;

  • customer accounts;

  • communications relating to purchases.

Separate policies may also apply, including our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Cookie Policy;

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy;

  • Returns & Refunds Policy;

  • Right of Withdrawal information;

  • Warranty & Complaints Policy.

Where a separate policy conflicts with these Terms, mandatory applicable consumer law will prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place an order through the Website, you must:

  • have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • be authorised to use the selected payment method;

  • comply with applicable laws relating to the purchase, possession, import and use of the relevant product.

Where a product is subject to an age restriction or another legal restriction, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify your eligibility to purchase it.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where completing the transaction would violate applicable law.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability are accurate.

However:

  • product colours may appear differently depending on your device or display;

  • packaging may change without notice;

  • manufacturers may make minor product modifications;

  • images may include accessories or equipment that are not included unless specifically stated;

  • measurements and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.

If there is a material error in a product description or specification, we will contact you where appropriate before dispatch.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

  • contact you to offer an appropriate alternative;

  • remove the unavailable item and refund its price; or

  • cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

5. PRICES

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Depending on the customer's location, prices may be displayed:

  • including VAT;

  • excluding VAT;

  • with taxes calculated during checkout; or

  • according to the applicable regional pricing structure.

For sales to consumers in the European Union, the final price payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges known to us, will be presented before the customer submits the order.

Delivery costs and other applicable charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

The customer will have an opportunity to review the total amount payable before submitting the order.

6. VAT AND TAXES

“SHOOTING 360” LTD is registered for VAT under:

VAT Number: BG115819024

VAT will be charged where required by applicable law.

For qualifying cross-border consumer sales within the European Union, VAT may be calculated according to the applicable VAT rate in the customer's Member State.

For business customers providing a valid VAT identification number, different VAT treatment may apply where permitted by law.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are included.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

7. PLACING AN ORDER

Products may be selected and added to the shopping cart.

Before placing an order, the customer will have an opportunity to review and, where technically available, correct:

  • selected products;

  • quantities;

  • delivery address;

  • billing details;

  • shipping method;

  • payment method;

  • total price.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept or reject that offer in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

8. ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY

Immediately before submitting an online order, the customer will be shown the essential information required by applicable consumer law, including the products ordered and the total price.

The checkout function used to submit the final order will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

Depending on the language and checkout system, this may be displayed using wording such as:

“Pay now”
“Buy now”
“Order and pay”
“Order with obligation to pay”

or another equally clear formulation.

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

After an order is submitted, we may send an automatic email confirming that we have received the order.

An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the sales contract is concluded when we:

  • explicitly confirm acceptance of the order; or

  • dispatch the products,

whichever occurs first.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment is not authorised;

  • incorrect pricing or product information resulted from an obvious error;

  • the delivery address cannot be serviced;

  • fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected;

  • legal or regulatory restrictions prohibit the transaction;

  • the customer does not satisfy a lawful eligibility requirement.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

10. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment methods may include, depending on country:

  • payment card;

  • digital wallet;

  • bank transfer;

  • cash on delivery;

  • third-party payment services;

  • other methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  • the information is accurate;

  • you are authorised to use the payment method;

  • there are sufficient funds or credit available.

We may use fraud-prevention and payment-verification procedures.

We do not generally store complete payment card details.

11. DELIVERY

We deliver to destinations shown as available during checkout.

Available destinations, delivery methods and estimated delivery times may differ according to:

  • country;

  • product;

  • stock location;

  • courier;

  • regulatory restrictions.

Any delivery dates displayed are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

For EU consumer orders, we will deliver within the period agreed with the customer. Where no specific period has been agreed, applicable mandatory consumer law concerning delivery time will apply.

12. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries or territories because of:

  • manufacturer restrictions;

  • carrier restrictions;

  • sanctions;

  • customs restrictions;

  • import regulations;

  • export-control requirements;

  • local product regulations;

  • other legal requirements.

The Website may restrict certain delivery destinations automatically.

The availability of a destination during checkout does not override applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a transaction if we determine that delivery or sale of a particular product would violate applicable law or binding regulatory restrictions.

13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOCAL LAWS

Some products sold through TPC Loadout may be subject to different laws depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, possessing and using a product is lawful in their jurisdiction.

This provision does not transfer to the consumer any responsibility that applicable law requires the trader to bear.

Where we know or reasonably determine that a sale or shipment is prohibited, we may refuse the order.

14. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused solely by materially incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Where a shipment is returned to us because:

  • an incorrect address was provided;

  • delivery was refused without exercising a statutory right;

  • the parcel was not collected;

  • the courier could not complete delivery because of circumstances attributable to the customer,

we may charge reasonable direct costs arising from re-delivery or return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect the customer's statutory withdrawal, warranty or conformity rights.

15. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

For sales to consumers in the European Union, risk of loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by us, different rules may apply under applicable law.

Ownership of products passes according to applicable law and, where permitted, after full payment has been received.

16. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY

We recommend inspecting products promptly after delivery.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, you may document the condition of the package and products.

Failure to inspect immediately does not remove mandatory statutory consumer rights.

If you receive:

  • the wrong product;

  • a damaged product;

  • an incomplete order; or

  • a defective product,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

17. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing an equivalent statutory right, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Where multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final relevant item is received, where required by applicable law.

18. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may contact:

“SHOOTING 360” LTD

You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form provided on the Website, although using the model form is not mandatory.

Where the Website provides an electronic withdrawal function, you may also exercise your right through that function.

We will acknowledge electronic withdrawal requests where required by applicable law.

19. RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than the period required under applicable consumer law.

Unless we have agreed to collect the goods, the customer generally bears the direct cost of returning products when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, provided the customer was properly informed of this obligation before purchase.

Products should be returned to:

132nd km of Trakia Motorway, 4135 Voyvodinovo, Bulgaria

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

The customer is not required to return products in unopened retail packaging merely to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, except where a specific legal exception applies.

20. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

During the withdrawal period, the customer may inspect and handle products only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how they could inspect them in a physical store.

The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

A statutory right of withdrawal will not be refused merely because packaging has been opened where the law permits the consumer to inspect the product.

21. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of products specified by law.

Depending on the product, these may include:

  • goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;

  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • sealed audio, video or software products where legally applicable and the seal has been broken;

  • goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items;

  • other products expressly excluded under applicable consumer law.

An exception will only be relied upon where the legal requirements for that exception are actually satisfied.

A product will not be excluded from withdrawal merely because we describe it as “non-returnable”.

22. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL

Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments received from the consumer as required by applicable law.

This generally includes:

  • the price of the returned goods; and

  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for the original order.

If the customer selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we are generally not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we receive the returned goods; or

  • the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed within the legally required period.

23. STATUTORY GUARANTEE AND CONFORMITY

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

Consumers purchasing goods within the European Union benefit from statutory rights concerning product conformity.

Under EU rules, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery of the goods, subject to any stronger rights provided by the applicable national law.

A product must generally:

  • correspond to its description;

  • have the characteristics agreed upon;

  • be fit for its normal intended purpose;

  • possess the quality and performance reasonably expected of products of that type;

  • include required accessories, instructions and updates where applicable.

Mandatory national consumer rights remain unaffected.

24. REMEDIES FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Where a product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may be entitled to remedies under applicable law.

These may include:

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • proportionate price reduction; or

  • termination of the contract and refund.

The applicable remedy and order of remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable national law.

Repair or replacement, where applicable, will be provided without cost to the consumer and within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory statutory remedies.

25. COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES

A manufacturer or TPC Loadout may occasionally provide an additional commercial warranty.

Any commercial warranty is separate from and does not replace or reduce the customer's statutory legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights.

Specific commercial warranty conditions will be provided with the applicable product or warranty offer.

26. RETURNS THAT ARE NOT STATUTORY WITHDRAWALS

We may choose to offer return rights that are more generous than those required by law.

Any voluntary return policy will be described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A voluntary return policy does not reduce statutory rights concerning:

  • withdrawal;

  • defective products;

  • non-conforming goods;

  • warranties.

27. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers may be subject to:

  • specific validity periods;

  • product exclusions;

  • minimum order values;

  • country restrictions;

  • quantity limits;

  • other conditions stated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • may not be combined with other offers;

  • may be limited to one use per customer or order.

Mandatory rights concerning previously announced price reductions and price transparency remain unaffected.

28. ACCOUNTS

Customers may be able to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;

  • keeping login credentials confidential;

  • preventing unauthorised use of your account.

Please contact us if you believe that your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;

  • security threats;

  • abusive use;

  • material violation of these Terms;

  • legal requirements.

Suspension of an account does not affect previously acquired statutory consumer rights.

29. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including:

  • trademarks;

  • logos;

  • product presentation;

  • photographs;

  • graphics;

  • text;

  • videos;

  • layout;

  • software;

  • design elements,

are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by “SHOOTING 360” LTD or relevant third parties.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

30. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

Where the Website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

Content must not:

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • contain unlawful material;

  • contain malicious software;

  • impersonate another person;

  • contain knowingly false or fraudulent claims;

  • violate applicable law.

Where permitted by law, we may remove content that breaches these requirements.

We will not manipulate consumer reviews in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.

31. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy and cookie preference tool.

Customers may exercise applicable data-protection rights as described in those policies.

32. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may use third-party services for:

  • payments;

  • shipping;

  • analytics;

  • website hosting;

  • customer support;

  • marketing;

  • fraud prevention.

Third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

33. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the Website available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;

  • updates;

  • technical problems;

  • hosting interruptions;

  • cybersecurity incidents;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Temporary Website unavailability does not affect existing contractual obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

34. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Website:

  • for unlawful purposes;

  • to commit or facilitate fraud;

  • to interfere with Website security;

  • to introduce malicious code;

  • to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;

  • to scrape or extract data unlawfully;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to circumvent lawful geographic or product restrictions;

  • to infringe intellectual property rights.

We may take proportionate measures to prevent misuse.

35. EXPORT, SANCTIONS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Certain products may be subject to:

  • export controls;

  • import restrictions;

  • sanctions;

  • licensing requirements;

  • local ownership or possession restrictions;

  • product-specific regulations.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions or binding regulatory obligations.

Customers must not purchase products for unlawful diversion, re-export or use.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to authorise conduct prohibited by applicable law.

36. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

For customers acting in the course of a business or profession, additional limitations of liability permitted by applicable commercial law may apply.

37. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Such circumstances may include:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • civil disturbance;

  • government action;

  • widespread transport disruption;

  • strikes outside our organisation;

  • severe telecommunications outages;

  • major cybersecurity incidents;

  • epidemics or similar emergencies.

We will take reasonable measures to minimise the impact on affected orders.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

38. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint concerning an order or product, contact us at:

Address: 132nd km of Trakia Motorway, 4135 Voyvodinovo, Bulgaria

Please provide, where available:

  • your name;

  • order number;

  • description of the issue;

  • photographs or other relevant evidence.

We will review complaints and respond within the period required by applicable law.

39. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may have access to alternative or out-of-court dispute-resolution bodies under the law of their country of residence.

Where required by law, we will provide information concerning the relevant competent alternative dispute-resolution body.

Participation in a particular alternative dispute-resolution procedure will apply only where required by law or expressly accepted by us.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising the right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

40. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in another European Union or European Economic Area country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted to you under the law that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence.

41. JURISDICTION

Disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court competent under mandatory European or national consumer-protection rules.

42. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be considered a business customer rather than a consumer.

Certain statutory consumer rights described in these Terms, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, may not apply to business customers.

Mandatory commercial law remains unaffected.

43. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time because of:

  • legal or regulatory changes;

  • changes to our services;

  • changes to payment or delivery methods;

  • operational requirements;

  • security requirements.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the order was placed.

Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by consumers.

44. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

45. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

This provision does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

46. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable:

  • product information;

  • order confirmation;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Returns & Refunds Policy;

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy;

  • Cookie Policy;

  • statutory withdrawal information,

form the contractual framework applicable to purchases made through the Website.

Mandatory applicable law prevails where it grants stronger rights to the consumer.

47. LANGUAGE

These Terms may be made available in several languages.

Where required by applicable consumer law, the version presented to the customer during the purchasing process will govern that consumer transaction.

If translations differ, they will be interpreted consistently with mandatory applicable law.
